Upon arrival at Jammu Airport or Railway Station, our tour representative will assist with your transfer to Katra. Check in to your hotel and take some time to relax in your room. After a few hours of rest, begin your trek to the Mata Vaishno Devi Temple.
The 13-kilometer trek takes around 5 to 6 hours to reach the Cave Temple. Along the way, you'll find several eateries offering delicious local food. Upon reaching the temple, join the queue to enter the Mata Darbar, where you’ll witness the three pindis inside the cave, representing the three forms of Goddess Shakti—Goddess Kali, Goddess Lakshmi, and Goddess Saraswati. After the darshan, enjoy an overnight stay at the Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan.
Early in the morning, start trekking back to Katra. The descent will take around 4 to 5 hours to return to your hotel room. The rest of the day is free for shopping etc. Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.
Today after having breakfast, drive back to the Jammu Airport / Station to board a flight/train for the onward journey.
